At BivSell, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find an outline of how our shipping process works and the policies we follow.

  • Order Handling: All orders are prepared and packaged within 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before leaving our facility.
  • Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10 to 16 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
  • Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, you can expect a total of 14 to 22 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other regional shipping partners.

Important Notes

  • The timeframes above apply to standard U.S. shipping.
  • Delivery to military addresses may be limited or unavailable.
  • Certain products or circumstances may require extra handling or transit time.
  • Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be sent in multiple packages for safety. Free shipping does not apply to such orders.
  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for tracking updates to appear. If no movement is shown, the carrier may still be processing your shipment. If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us for support.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you request forwarding or redirection through the carrier after shipment, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage.
