Return Policy
Our return policy applies only to defective or damaged products and is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To qualify for a return:

- Items must be securely packaged. If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

- Final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Please do not send returns directly to the product manufacturer.

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost during shipping, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Any return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@bivsell.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the process.
